Try giving different colored fruits and veggie for your baby.
1.Steamed Beans with rice puree
2.Steamed Carrot and potato puree
3.Steamed apple and rice puree
4.Steamed Greens rice with ghee
5.Banana puree
6.Watermelon juice
7.Tender coconut water
8.Dhal rice with ghee
9.Curd rice
10.Rava kichadi with coloured vegetables.
Rich in protein
If you are a Non -veg eater. you can give
1.Egg white scrambled eggs.
2.Egg yolk scrambled eggs.
3.whole egg scrambled.
4.chicken soup rice.
5.Steamed Fish.
You can give Paneer and Cheese also. which is rich in protein.

Zincovit 1ML twice a day you start giving to the child along with that I would recommend to give as much good amount of protein that you can give to the child and daily diet because proteins are one of the most healthy options to be given to the child for healthy weigh
