Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. advisable to give exclusively mother's feeding to the baby up to 6 months of age there is no alternative to mother's milk unless that is no mother's milk no need to give you even formula milk

if breastfeeding is not sufficient then give formula milk.
after completing 1 year you can introduce cow milk.
