A. to fulfill iron requirements, give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, dates, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable

A. Pomegranate beetroot Are the richest source apart from the spinach and broccoli can also be given to the child D’Souza going to be very helpful but along with that if you start with an iron supplement as well done nothing like it
