please don't give any top.feed before baby is 6 months of age
Post 6 months also prefer home based kitchen feeds for the baby
exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of baby is required

The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there Have shatavari tablet with warm milk twice a day to increase bm Take care
