A. Covid vaccination like covishield/ covaxin in the breastfeeding mothers can be given very safely . According to the latest guidelines issued by healthy ministry pregnant women can also be now safely given the current available vaccines . so they can also register at covin app. Minor complications like fever lethargy pain at injection site can be handled safely by taking paracetamol . Presently children are not included in this list. Mothers can feed their child as soon as required after the vaccination very safely with no side effects in the childin the current scenario safety for children is very important so you should take extra precautions and give extra efforts for this children should be gjiven a proper nutritious diet along with the the nutritional supplements required in guidance with doctor to maintaining proper immunity
