ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 months agoA. Namaste Mom Solids are to be introduced from the age of 6 months onwards as such and regarding the weight monthly weight gain is expected to almost gain in range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight

It should be 4.9 kg to 5 kg and the minimum side after completing the time of four months and you can start giving food to the child only after completing the time of six months and that too you should focus more on healthy home-made food rather packaged food
