#asktheexperts when to start semi solids and solids my baby is 4 months old now and exclusively on breast feed but now he requires more nutrition as per his growth

For initial six months it’s important that you only give breast or formula to your child because these are the only two things initial for six months that’s important and that’s going to cover for all the nutrients that your child requires so no food should be given prior to that
