RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl22 hours agoA. Iron supplement is not mandatory to be given to the child which is why you can only start with it if your doctor is recommending you to do so only for the initial one year of age it is advisable to stick to multivitamin and vitamin D supplement only
