#asktheexperts when to start cow’s milk apart from powder milk

A. usually cow milk is avoided before e completion of one year of age because before that it can cause cow milk allergy which might lead to either constipation or loose motion or colic pain. but if you have given cow millk earlier and it did not cause any digestion problem then you can continue to give it to the child otherwise stick to the milk which was given since birth.

A. Infants younger than 1 year old need the nutrients in breast milk or formula. Breastfed babies over 1 year may continue to nurse, if desired, but you also can start offering your little one whole milk.
