A. Social smile can be seen after completing the age of three months because kids they gain their clear vision by then and when you talk about stability of the neck usually it is six months complete with the premature child you can expect a delay of a month or two so you can expect an evaluation accordingly but mostly achieved by the time of six months complete itself
