Offer whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, home made paneer, butter and cheese. Give one boiled egg per day. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give bananas, avocados, pears and mangoes. Give peanut butter. Give chickpeas and green peas. These foods help to gain weight.
