A. Exclusive breast feeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. Once the baby completes 6 months, you can start with one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. Start with rice porridge or Dal Ka Pani or rice Ka Pani or mashed carrot or any one vegetable puree or clear vegetable soup, stewed pear or stewed apple or any one fruit puree. Give sips of water in between meals. Check Babyhug Fruit and Food Nibbler 2 in 1 With Mesh and Silicone Sac : BPA free. A great way to introduce your baby to new vegetables and fruits. Ideal for feeding carrot, melon and banana. Babies can chew and enjoy food with minimised risk of choking. It is easy to grip. It is EN 14372 Certified. The mesh can be easily removed and cleaned.
