#asktheexperts when does a girl starts her first period ?How will you come to know that she will be getting her period in some months ?what are the symptoms? plz tell me . are there any exercise for the laying the periods of the kid.

Okay so what happens if these days girls are hitting puberty at the age of eight years also which has become common and it has been seen with some kids reaching puberty in a very old age the reason is the kind of diet you are giving you giving example of junk food having too much of non-veg and lot of milk basically all these things are adult which is why it’s not advisable much for a girl child especially when it comes to giving non-vegetarian and specially this kind of junk which is becoming popular with parents to give to the child so that is a thing and when usually kids reach their puberty will start in growth of hair under the arms as well as in the pubic region of the child so that is a very big thing for you to check if you see that any time you should visit your doctor because there can be a sign of an early puberty then
