ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, baby should double the birth weight by 6 months or earlier. until 6 months, baby should gain at least 500 grams per month on an average. for healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
