As ur baby is one year and above, give all that you cook for your family. There is no restriction on that now. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish if u are non vegetarian, ghee, dry fruits, soup, fresh fruit juice, pulses etc in ur baby's diet for proper growth and development of the baby.
