Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. given for worms on abdomen. worm infections are not very common before one year of age. if you take care of regular hand washing as well as preventing dirty things from going inside the oral cavity of the child then this problem will not occur. it is advisable to take help of a doctor who will tell you whether the child is suffering from worms problem. usually medicines are given as a single dose and very rarely as a multiple dose

If the child has worms in the tummy which is very common with kids so deworming medication is given for that purpose only only to clean the system of the child it excretes all the worms of the child into the motion of the child and the system becomes clear
