#asktheexperts What to give to child that is tasty also & healthy too coz child is not willing to eat fruits

A. You should give all the family food to the child along with lots of proteins into the diet of your child and the child is not willing to have fruits directly give it in the form of smoothies and milkshakes which are healthy to be given to the child
