#asktheexperts what to eat in order to have a constant milk supply for mew born and how often we should feed him/her? My baby is currently 1 month old

Diet and there is no need to make any changes in it. Rather than this baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your babyMother’s milk contains all the nutrition is way we need in regular diet plan so there is no need to give anything else till six months
