SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, if you have completed six months after delivery then you can start with yoga or walking to keep yourself fit. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, pulses, fruits, sprouts so that you will get all the nutrients equally. Take adequate liquid like buttermilk,fresh fruit juice made at home, milkshakes, soups, water and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Avoid oily and spicy food and junk food. Take adequate rest. Always apply oil to hair give a massage and leave it for half an hour and then take bath. Use lukewarm water to take head bath. Avoid too much of hot water.Write Your Answer Here
