Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along jfwith management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Sporolac can be given to the child and up to completely stop giving milk for the time being if it is needed to give milk or regular basis you have to go ahead with giving regular non lactose milk powder milk to the child as of now
