From the age of nine months on words we suggested to start giving all the family food to the child practically whatever has been traditionally made at home for the whole family is the right thing to be given to the child which will actually help a lot in overall growth and development of your child plus of course we do highly recommend you to give good amount of protein and all the meals that you are offering to the child
