mam ,to reduce your weight ,I advise you to offer more breastfeeds to your child
it not only help to reduce your weight,it help to increase your breastmilk supply too
along with that,I advise to take food items like sprouts, fruits,green veggies more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
go for daily walk
