Q.

#asktheexperts what should be the ideal gap for the morning meal? my daughter usually take sleep for around 12 hours in night. is the gap between dinner and breakfast can be 13-14 hours?

A. if the baby is hungry she will wake up in the night you can give milk maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water

A. Hi, This is ok if baby is sleeping that much gap. Give baby food when baby woke up. No need to worry about that as good sleep also acts as immunity booster and good for baby. When baby woke up, give home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates protein calcium vitamins etc
