#asktheexperts what should be the appropriate weight of a 5 month old baby girl? Her birth weight was 2.7kgs.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, if your baby’s birth weight was 2.7 kg, then weight after 5 months should be around 5.2 kg. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or earlier.
