Make sure your child eats a balanced diet. give all home cooked traditional foods
Include vegetables. pulses. milk, milk products like paneer, dahi, nuts daily.
also egg & fish are really good for growth & development.

Hello ma’am It should basically be a balanced nutritious diet for the child and if you’re unable to figure that out at the age of 5 years also you should be seeing a nutritionist she would provide you a proper diet plan for the child as per the age of the sun and which will have all the necessary nutrients and supplements included into it for better
