Whole Grains Sprouts,
spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.
And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg,
Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate , Citrus food products,Processed food

U Should avoid vegetables with seeds like brinjal Ladyfinger and fruits as well along with that I’m going to advise you to have light food like green leafy vegetables bottle gourd and all these greens greens vegetables also but in a more moderate quantity you Kanak good amount of onion and garlic you should just avoid heavy food which is difficult to digest
