A. Lunch : multigrain roti + Dal + a sabzi of your choice +a few slices of cucumber or a few slices of carrot or a few slices of beetroot, jeera rice with Dal fry, mooli parantha with home made butter or lassi. Evening : Sev murmura, yoghurt, whole wheat crackers with dahi palak dip, poha + milk, besan palak dhokla, methi thepla + lauki kofta, mango milkshake, potato and dahi chaat, paneer cubes with honey or chaat masala, seviyan upma + kesar elaichi milk, mango or strawberry yoghurt, mashed banana, poha pudding, paneer apple mash, popcorn, cucumber raita, grated apple, palak Puri, cubed chikoo, chopped and deskinned peach and chopped apple, Dal pakoda with pudina dahi, fruit custard, vegetable upma + milk, rava kheer. Dinner : palak paneer parantha, curd rice with grated cucumber, whole wheat pasta in home made tomato puree, dal khichdi with vegetable soup, stuffed parantha with curd or lassi, paneer pulao, paneer or egg bhurji with roti, besan coriander chilla made with curd, rajma chawal, jeera rice with Dal fry, palak khichdi + curd, roti + sabzi + Dal fry, vegetable masoor Dal pulao, french beans and peas dalia with curd, peas and potato sabzi with parantha.

Breakfast : 1 boiled egg + paranthas, kesar elaichi milk, scrambled eggs + multigrain toast, 1 cup of poha + 1 small glass of fresh orange juice, 1 half fried egg + multigrain toast, 2 small ragi dosas + green chutney, 1 egg or besan omelette, multigrain chilla + milk, wheat sheera, vegetable upma + milk, oats porridge, dalia, wheat pancakes with honey or sugar + milk, Banana pancakes or soft egg white pancakes, seviyan upma + banana or mango milkshake, broccoli sooji upma, Banana vanilla milkshake, egg parantha or paneer parantha + green chutney, ragi dosa + chocolate milk, seviyan kheer. Mid morning : Lassi, sprouted moong chaat, chopped mango or banana, chopped stewed pear or apple, poha pudding, boiled chana chaat, chopped guava, sliced pear, boiled carrot and sweet potato chaat, cucumber cubes with curd dip, mosambi segments, mint lemon sharbat using honey, mashed sweet potato, cauliflower potato mash with some cheese, chopped melon, mashed avocado, palak + grapes + apple smoothie, boiled egg yolk or home made paneer, yoghurt, chocolate milkshake, mixed berry or Banana yoghurt, orange peach juice.
