#asktheexperts what medicine should I give to my 10 months old twins they are having cough and cold

A. Try to prevent temperature variations around the child. Give warm water to drink. For running nose and cold you can give drops wikoryl a f 0.5 ml 2 times per day. For cough and cold give nasal l saline drops. You can also go for steam inhalation. Give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger water to the child and honey can be added if the child t the child is more than 1 year of age. Meet the doctor if there is no improvement in few days

A. Hi dear mom U can give t minic syrup to ur baby. Give steam inhalation to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
