ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist7 hours agoA. dear mum , after 6 mth complete begin top food in soft mash form , consistency like ghee start single ingredient food like veg , fruit , rice , dal then move to veg dal rice , khichdi add ghee start once few teaspoon then 2-3 times
