Cetaphil sunscreen would be good SPF 50 and depending upon what is the weather like in Dubai is it cold is it warm so according accordingly you have to decide the clothes that you are going to carry for the child I don’t know what’s the weather like and when you are travelling so I cannot tell you what clothes are going to be appropriate
