A. Dear mom you can give all the foods prepared for other family members. try to include small and frequent meals. avoid processed and packaged foods give all the food groups that includes whole grain, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oil seeds, eggs, ghee, etc

A. Hi parent you can give all regular food to your child you generally made for your other family members please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
