Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl4 days agoA. If you are alone your breastfeeding trust me truly help a lot a lot of women to increase their lactation and good feeding for the child so there is no harm taking in and it is completely safe to be consumed so you should take it if needed
