#asktheexperts what is the quantity of food my 13 month baby should be having? Also how many times a day breast feeding is okay and also the number of solid meals . Thank you in advance .

The quantity of food would completely depend upon the appetite of the child second you should give proper three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner and fruits one one time in the day that’s how you can follow and rest of the times you can give milk to the child you do not want to add any other Mail or a snack
