A. the babies weight is compared to the babies month of age that is at 6 months the baby should have around 6 kg of weight. Till 6 months complete only breastfeeding or formula feed should be given after completing 6 months you should start with water along with Dal water and rice water only in continuation with breast milk after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good

A. It should be at least 500 g in a month to 1 kg in a month 500 is very good if it is more than then that is excellent so approximately a minimum of 3 kg plus the birthweight or double the birthweight whatever is on the higher side is definitely healthier
