RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 months agoA. About 5 to 10 kg is considered good if it is more than that like maybe 15 kgs it’s still okay but on the higher side of maximum 10 kg if you gain during one pregnancy it is still considered good over there 10 kgs is considered lil high only
