RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl20 hours agoA. A minimum of two hours before you put your child to sleep or maybe 2.5 hours depending upon how the schedule is because at the end of the day the child is going to take a feed before the child takes a nap or goes to sleep accordingly you can decide
