#asktheexperts what is the best weight gaining food for 7 months baby. She is currently 7.5 Kgs, breastfed and baby led weaning.

Weight is pretty good in fact very good according to the baby's age.. give three meals to the baby supplementing breast milk or formula milk.. include potato beetroot avocado paneer cheese etc in the baby's diet. give all the seasonal fruits and vegetables to the baby
