ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, for your 7 months old baby for lunch, you can give foods like ragi porridge, dal rice with vegetable puree, vegetable khichdi, curd. add ghee to baby's food.

mid morning 10 am - 11:30 am and evening 4-5 pm. .
Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac with pulses, grains; porridges, malts, idly are suggested.
Check suitability before introducing new food items.
Avoid sugar, salt, oil use ghee, unsalted butter cheese while preparing baby foods.
