you can include roti or paratha, rice ir daliya recipes with veggies, dals, sprouts and pulses, milk , paneer, milk shakes, fresh fruits and vegetables, porridge, pancake, chila, sheera, poha, veg upma, soft idli, thin dosa, egg, chicken fish if non-vegetarian and use ghee in meal preparations.
offer some handy snacks inbetween after 2 hours.
follow good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and you can give your baby all home made food which you are making for other family members. and add eggs, chicken, cheese, ragi, paneer, soaked nuts and fresh fruits and vegetables along with cow milk twice a day.
