give all type of food which you cook at home kids diet should include different seasonal vegetables fruits and dry fruits for good immunity and for or physical development give protein rich food like paneer egg tofu different sprouts pulses lentils and for energy give carbohydrate in different grains fruits like Banana Chiku custard apple and for breakfast preferably give Idli Dosa moong dal cheela Suji halva aur Shera Upma Daliya and for lunch give daal roti sabji salad boiled and mashed vegetables and for or dinner preferably give lightly digesting food like Khichdi vegetable soup along with 3 full meals give two or three Mid Day snacks
