Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can apply calamine lotion thrice daily. give plenty of fluids to drink to the child to maintain hydration. you can go for prickly heat powder application also. if not improving in 2 to 3 days please visit the doctor. give 2 times bath

Maintaining cool in the bodies only going to be a solution that you can look forward for so try to give fennel seeds water try to maintain cool into the body of the child which is what is going to help and once the body become cool the rashes are automatically going to reduce down
