#asktheexperts what is minimum weight of 1 year baby and proper diet to gain weight?

A. the minimum weight would be around 7.5 to 8 kg it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and in that pattern only the weight gain will be present It also depends upon the diet the child is taking so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. you can I add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

A. The Eight of your one year old child has to be three times of the birth weight which you have clearly not mentioned so I’m not sure as to I can tell you the figure or not but it should be three times and the diet is going to be similar as the parents diet on an every day basis
