and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml.
you have to give at least one katori of rice product 1 katori of dal product 1 katori of wheat product and 1 katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the childd.
you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child
you can addd ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

Every thing that is been traditionally Cook that your home is the most healthy food to be given to the child as well so if that is what your child is going to eat regularly then your child is automatically going to have a healthy diet only you do not have to make anything extra for the child
