Hello ma’am Roti sabji Paratha vegetable Paratha broccoli Paratha beetroot Paratha or spinach Paratha mix vegetable Paratha Roti sabji Dal rice all these things you can give egg chicken and fish porridge khichadi vegetable purees vegetable soup all these things you can give to your child from the age of seven months it self and later you can introduce other things like I mentioned after the age of 9 to 10 months
