Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients.
one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth.
any kind guof infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which gmay hamper the growth otherwise.
after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello give your child calcium and vitamin rich food in the diet which will help to increase the immunity and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
