#asktheexperts what is best diect for my kid is playing cricket for 4hiurs daily and he his not putting any weight even giving him enough food

A. Mam you have to go for a very good diet specially protein because for an athlete or a child who is preparing for sports has to have a very very healthy diet which is loaded with protein so in this case I would suggest you to consult a nutritionist for a detailed diet plan which would be healthy for the child and start with necessary health tonic and supplements also
