Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible to increase iron absorption.

Now your baby is eight months old and you can add many things in babies regular diet plan and you should start giving cereals, Chapati, oats, ragi, egg, vegetables, fruits, rice. All these things are very healthy for babies and contains all the nutritious baby needs
