As the baby is 7 months old feed semi solids - Home made Cerelac with ghee, idly ,dal kichdi ,sooji/dalia /oats porridges , mashed bananas,steamed and mashed carrots ,apples,potatoes , papaya purie ...twice a day. Check the suitability of every new food item ,avoid sugar,salt,oil and honey in baby foods.
