#asktheexperts what foods i can start for my daughter? age: 6 m and 5 days

A. dear parent, for your daughter aged 6 months 5 days, you can begin with foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd. later mashed paneer. consistency of food should be like that of ghee.

A. you can start with apple, banana, cheeku purees and rice water and ragi sari twice a day without salt and sugar.
