#asktheexperts What foods can I start with for my baby as she has turned 6months. Also, when can I start sugar and salt ?

A. after completion of 6 months homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice. seasonal fruits, curd, paneer. add Ghee to every meal little amount of sugar can be used to prepare recipes like porridge salt after 12 months
